Photography in the Rockies

On January 1st, 2023, I made the bold decision to step away from my marketing career. After many years in various industries, I wanted the freedom to work with clients and projects I truly believed in, rather than the daily grind of a 9-5 job. I'm an entrepreneur at heart, and this change allowed me to explore a passion I've always wanted to dive into: photography.

I began my photography journey with White Mountain Snowmobile Tours in Leadville, CO, during the 2023 winter season. I quickly immersed myself in learning the intricacies of Nikon cameras, mastering settings, framing, lighting, and capturing the excitement of tourists on snowmobiles, even in subzero temperatures.

My love for photography grew, leading me to join White Water Photography in Buena Vista, CO, my now hometown. Here, I captured the essence of boaters, rafting outfitters, portrait photography, and fly fishers on the Arkansas River.

This journey has not only enriched my skills but also reignited my passion for working with clients on their marketing and design needs. Photography has given me a fresh perspective and a new craft to offer.
